3. Request deletion if you cannot sign in

If you have lost access to your account, email us at support@comonkare.com from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. Please include the account email address or username so we can locate the account. We may ask for additional information to verify that you own the account before we proceed. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

4. What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • Your profile and account details.
  • Health and monitoring data, including menstrual cycle, pregnancy planning, pregnancy, postpartum, blood sugar, blood pressure, and medication records.
  • Your to-dos and reminders.
  • Your community activity, including circle posts, comments, polls, and direct messages.
  • Photos, videos, and voice notes you uploaded.
  • Your notification preferences and other in-app records.

5. What we may retain

After deletion, we keep only limited information where the law requires or permits it:

  • Records we must retain to meet legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations, kept in a restricted form for the period required by law.
  • Information that has been aggregated or anonymized so that it no longer identifies you.
  • Residual copies held in encrypted backups until they are overwritten on our regular backup schedule, within 30 days.

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store are billed and managed by those stores. Deleting your ComonKare account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. To cancel, manage your subscription in your Google Play or App Store account.
