Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are in the European Economic Area, you must be at least 16, or the lower minimum age set by your member state, to consent to the processing of your personal data; below that age, a parent or guardian must consent on your behalf. Users under the age of majority must have the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, particularly for features that record health information. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of the Service

ComonKare provides health and wellness monitoring tools, educational content drawn from recognized health authorities, and community support features. The Service is intended for general educational and self-awareness purposes only.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Predictions, summaries, and estimates are educational and may not be accurate for your individual circumstances. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or recorded in the Service. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

4. Account Registration and Security

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Billing

Paid plans are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the then-current price.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.
• Refunds are handled by the applicable app store in accordance with its policies, except where a refund is required by law.
• If we change subscription prices, we will provide notice as required, and changes apply only to subsequent billing periods.
• Subscribing removes in-app and on-site advertising for the duration of the subscription.

6. Advertisements

For users who are not subscribed to a paid plan, the Service displays advertising through Google AdMob and Google AdSense. Your use of the Service while viewing advertisements is subject to the advertising disclosures in our Privacy Policy.

7. User Content and Community Conduct

You retain ownership of content you post in community groups. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service. You are responsible for the content you post.

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or that provides medical advice presented as professional guidance. We may remove content and suspend or mute accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Do not reverse engineer or interfere with the security of the Service.
• Do not use the Service to collect or process other users’ personal or health information without authorization.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and educational content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers and may link to third-party resources. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes it from the live Service and frees your email address for reuse; some information is retained for a limited period after deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy under Data Retention. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any educational estimate is accurate for your situation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

16. Governing Law and Disputes
